You have 30 days to return any defected item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure the following:
  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Make sure to return the products in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Any used products in any way will not be returned.

  • All single-use products, including (underwear, swimming wear, socks, books, cosmetics, perfume, and software), will not be returned.

Currently the only shipping options available is shipping the order to your doorstep with the described shipping fees.
You will receive your order in maximum 5-7 working days.
We apologize if any similar inconvenience happened. Please contact us immediately on our website chat, we will track your order status, contact the seller and confirm your earliest possible delivery date.
Despite our precise quality assurance checks, if a similar incident happened; don’t hesitate to contact us on Muqbis website chat to return the defective product as soon as possible.
If you haven’t received confirmation that your order was shipped, you can contact us immediately on Muqbis website chat to submit any needed updates to your order.
For all relevant products that come in different sizes, you will find all product data, product measures and size charts -if available-.

At the moment, the item can only be returned to Muqbis through our assigned courier services.
Muqbis will cover the fees of any defected item you request to return.

Items that cannot be returned are:

  • Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy

  • Custom handmade products that are tailored specifically for you

  • Items that fall into the below product types-

    • Underwear

    • Lingerie

    • Socks

    • Hosiery

    • Swimwear

    • Beauty & Fragrances

Also, any consumable items that are used or installed cannot be returned. As outlined in Consumer Protection Law and Its Executive Regulations and concerning section on non-returnable items.

Typically, Courier shall contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return.
Whatever your payment method, refund should take place with the same method of payment; If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement depending on your bank process.
Due to the diverse talented hands Muqbis we deal with, unfortunately exchanging an item won’t be an option, still you can return the defective item and use the refunded amount to buy another product.
