Shipping fees start from 55-60 EGP for small & medium sized packages, and 85 EGP for large sized packages. Kindly note that shipping fees may vary according to your order & location.
All the products on Muqbis website are sold by different artists from all around Egypt. Each product is shipped directly from its maker; that’s why if your order includes different items from different sellers, it will have more than one shipping fee.

All the products available on Muqbis website are sold by individual talented handcrafts artists.
Our estimated delivery time is between 7-10 business days. However, All products sold on Muqbis are handcrafted especially for you upon request, therefore in some cases the delivery date may vary according to the product type & the time needed to craft it.
Yes, we deliver our products to everywhere in Egypt.
Yes we have the option to ship any product of your choosing internationally knowing that international shipping fees are calculated & confirmed after making the order.

Typically, if you wish to cancel the order and it wasn’t confirmed by one of our team, there won’t be an issue.

To be eligible for a return, Please ensure the following:

  • You have 14 days to return any defective item from the date you received it.

  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Make sure to return the products in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Any used products in any way will not be returned.

  • All single-use products, including (swimming wear, socks, and any wearable knit products), will not be returned.

Muqbis will cover the fees of any defective item you request to return.

Items that cannot be returned are:

  • Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy.
  • Custom handmade products that are tailored specifically for you.

Also, any consumable items that are used or installed cannot be returned. As outlined in Consumer Protection Law and Its Executive Regulations and concerning sections on non-returnable items.

Typically, Courier shall contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return.
Whatever your payment method, refund should take place with the same method of payment; If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement depending on your bank process.
Due to the diverse talented hands Muqbis deals with, unfortunately exchanging an item won’t be an option. However, you can still return the defective item and use the refunded amount to buy another product.
